We carefully pack each individual item to ensure that your order arrives safely. In the rare event that an item has been damaged in transit, please contact us via email: email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order so that we may offer you store credit to the value of the damaged item. We ask that you provide photos of the damaged item via email so we may review the specific nature of the damages. To receive your store credit you will need to return the damaged item to us. We will provide the return address via email. Please note: the cost for return shipping is at your own expense. Once we have received the returned item we will email your store credit via e-gift card.
